Fees for IN PERSON PARTICIPANT include: Workshop bag, coffee breaks, 3 days light lunch and social activities: Welcome Cocktail, Festive dinner, Farwell drinks, 1 Short Excursion.
We have the possibility to provide a limited number of accessible accommodation in our campus (clean rooms with air conditioning and basic facilities) for maximum 4 nights/person.
Participants belonging to the Organizing Institutions of the Event benefit of 50% reduction of the Early attendance fee for participation in person to the event and access to the accessible accommodation in the available campus rooms on request at registration.

Online Fees includes: attendance to all workshop sessions and use of workshop online facilities, downloadable workshop materials.
Students/PhD students must send by email at submission an official letter from their supervisor/dpt. (in pdf format) confirming their status if they apply for reduced student fee.
All fees include Greek VAT.
Please note that all bank fees are payable by the participants.
All participants to the workshop will receive a Certificate of attendance.
